On my way to the 2008 RA Rally in the U.P. (Houghton, MI), I stopped at Victoria Dam. The pipes that carried the water out of the lower part of the dam used to be made of wood and we tall enough to stand up in.

On my way to the 2008 RA Rally in the U.P. (Houghton, MI), I stopped at Victoria Dam. The pipes that carried the water out of the lower part of the dam used to be made of wood and we tall enough to stand up in.
